What You Can Expect From Me
We'll look at the MLS system together, input your criteria and I can show you what's available. I will check in with you on a regular basis to let you know what is available. Once you find a home you love, I will handle all the negotiations. Once you buy a house, I will help you set up all the inspections that need to be done and oversee all the paperwork to make sure all the details are taken care of. I will communicate with you once a week for transaction updates and accompany you on the final walk through. The great news: I will do all these things for you free; I get paid by the seller when you buy a home.
All information we discuss is confidential. I'm really easy to work with and pride myself on being a no-pressure agent. My job is to provide professional representation on your behalf, look out for your best interest, and to be honest and negotiate aggressively for you. I will help guide and educate you through every step of the process so when you are at the closing table you feel confident that you made the best, most well-informed decision.
What I Expect From You
All I'm asking you for is your commitment to work exclusively with me as your Realtor. If anything changes with you, please let me know right away. As we look at each property, let me know honestly what you think so I can fine tune my search for you. I want your commitment that you will do your best to be available to see the properties I find for you and be prepared to write an offer when we find one you like.
You don't need to call on signs, ads in the paper or magazines, or go to open houses. My system will catch all viable properties that meet your criteria. I will do all the leg work and research for you so you can relax and go about your life. When I find a property match, I will let you know right away. Call me if you have a question or find a property that you want to look at and let me arrange it for you. Be aware, if you look at a house with another agent, they will be expecting you to buy it from them. You will need to let them know you are working with a Realtor. Remember, you need buyer representation. Listing agents are looking out for the seller's best interest.
